Our refund policy is based on result verification through before-and-after photo submissions.
To qualify for a refund, you must complete the following steps:

Before using the cream:

After placing your order, please send us 3 clear photos of your face (front, left profile, and right profile).

These photos must be taken in natural lighting and without makeup or filters.

Once we receive your photos, we will send you the official directions to apply the cream for the best results.

After 10 days of regular use:

Send us 3 updated photos of your face (front, left, and right profile) taken under the same conditions as your original photos.

2. Refund Conditions

You may request a refund only if:

You have followed the application instructions exactly as provided.

You have submitted both sets of photos (before and after).

After reviewing your photos, our team finds no visible improvement in your skin tone, glow, or texture.

Refunds will not be approved if:

You failed to submit clear photos within the required time frame.

You did not follow the provided directions for use.

The cream was used inconsistently or with other skincare products that could affect results.

3. Refund Process

If eligible:

Our team will review your photos within 5 business days of receiving your “after” submission.

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable for:

Late or incomplete photo submissions.

Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., “I didn’t like the texture/smell”).

Orders older than 15 days after delivery.
